I absolutely do not recommend this service. We had ordered a car for a long tour and the agreed deal was for $900. However they took an extra $500 from us making a total of $1,400. The driver was completely unprofessional the car was in very poor condition and they also took an excessive tip from us. Moreover their communication was terrible and the car arrived very late. I would not recommend them at all.

I utilized Royal Worldwide for a concert last month. The company kept me posted on the driver pick-up which was very prompt. The company had a beautiful newer clean SUV, and an excellent professional driver. The driver updated me to his parking location during the concert for an easy exit from the event. I strongly recommend this limo service for your next concert, event needs.

Don’t go through this company! The bus did show up but the process of everything in between was horrible. the workers are rude and don’t communicate. They told me one price but forgot to mention the 500 dollars extra in fees… only can pay them through venmo? SCAM!

The Limo was fine and picked us up on time for eight of us to get to a cemetery ceremony and back. But when I checked with the driver the next day to make sure he had received the 20% tip I had been required to pay through the company, I learned the company had pocketed the money instead. This to me is an unforgivable bit of dishonesty and even fraud. I complained to the company and was told they would “make the driver whole”. But when I rechecked with the driver, he had not received anything. I would never go back.

I placed an order but had a family issue come up last minute, I called Sam back and he helped me perfectly with cancelling the order and reserving my deposit as credit for when I reschedule the ride at a later date.

The use of USA limo services is strongly advised. When I called around at five in the morning to ask for a ride from Sturbridge to Worcester nobody picked up. Happy to have found the USA phone number. They were incredibly fast pleasant and reasonably priced.
